The Wisdom of Leopard

I asked Bear to guide me to meet Leopard and learn of his medicine. After what seemed a very long time traveling through tunnels underground, we came to the edge of a great cliff. There were several other people standing there, as well as Leopard. The cliff seemed to overlook the entire universe. Starlight was everwhere. At the edge of the cliff stood a great tree. It seemed to breathe and was made of golden stardust. It’s branches stretched out throughout the entire universe. In its trunk was a door that kept opening and closing. Leopard spoke, “Step in if you desire to see what is in the heart of your highest self... to see it’s vision.” I was afraid. The landscape was so powerfully intense and Leopard was so fiercely stoic. I hesitated, but stepped into the Great Tree.

What happened next, I cannot say for Leopard informed me that the vision was meant for me and me alone. I asked about the other people that were standing by the tree. Leopard told me that they were aspects of myself, visions of myself that I was living out on Earth. Leopard told me that the time spent in the beginning of the journey was time spent gathering these aspects. “Stalking is an aspect of my medicine” He said, and that all aspects of myself needed to be there for the vision to hold.

As I looked at Leopard, his spots seemed to shimmer like starlight. We spoke for some time and he shared that all animals hold stellar consciousness and the consciousness of star cultures that have come to Earth. “Use our gifts wisely”, Leopard said “We are here to assist you in your evolution”. Truly Leopard’s wisdom is quite powerful. Even though I cannot share the vision I received, I assure you that it was at a clarity that surprised even me. Leopard wisdom then is the ability to show us the vision of our highest self, as well as to find other aspects of our selves. A true gift indeed.

As I parted ways, Leopard climbed into the branches of the great tree and stretched out his body. His spots once again shining like starlight. “I am the guardian of this tree and those wishing to enter must move through me,” He said. I thanked him for his medicine and Bear greeted me to guide me home. Wanishi.
